Apple cookies!

Ingredients

  • 150 g butter, softened
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 g vanila extract
  • 270 g flour
  • 30 g almond flour
  • A handful of chocolate chips
  • Red and green food colouring
  • Materials

  • Directions

    Cream the butter in a bowl with a spatula.

    Once smooth, add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until smooth. Add the salt. Mix.

    Add the vanilla extract. Mix.

    Crack your egg into a small bown and beat it. Add it in halves into the butter mixture and mix until smooth.

    Add the flour, almond flour, and baking powder to a bowl. Whisk together and then add in portions to the butter mixture.

    Bake at 320˚F for 15-17 minutes.
